  Leadership has gone the way of TBN and it's become more about numbers and church growth than the gospel. The preaching is on a repeating cycle as the sermons never change they are always topical and never expository. if you are looking for programs and a social atmosphere then this is it. If you are wanting to learn more and answer some of the tuff questions in life then this is not the place. Move on.
